New year, new you? Let us help you jumpstart those resolutions! Mindfulness Monday has been carefully crafted to help you reset both your mind and body in preparation for a successful new year! This event will take place in our conference room to allow for privacy.
We’ve combined both yoga, coaching, and community to help you get your mind right. The morning will go as follows:
- 8:30AM: Come in, get settled, and grab a healthy smoothie
- 9AM: Yoga with Christa Holley
- 10AM: Coaching with Rachael Sparks - covering self-sabotage and how we can work to get out of our own way
- 11AM: goal setting pow-wow - work together or individually to write down and work through your current goals
$30 for members | $50 for non-members | $25 childcare for non-members
